Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop personalized treatment plans, provide targeted therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Provide therapy to improve speech clarity, language skills, voice quality, and swallowing function.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, therapists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

Recommend adaptive communication tools or techniques when appropriate.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or educational settings preferred.

Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.

Compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
