Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Practice Educator. The Nurse Practice Educator will support clinical excellence by developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, practice standards, and competency frameworks to promote safe, evidence-based nursing practice across clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing practice education and training programs
• Provide onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency education for nursing staff
• Assess learning needs and design education based on clinical practice gaps
• Support evidence-based practice and clinical guideline implementation
• Conduct skills validation, competency assessments, and simulation training
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, quality, and clinical teams
• Support policy development and practice standardization initiatives
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements related to nursing practice
• Maintain accurate education and competency documentation
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
