Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support the delivery of rehabilitative services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and help improve mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out individualized treatment plans.

Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to support patient recovery.

Observe and document patient progress, responses, and changes in condition.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.

Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging therapy environment.

Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Current and active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

BLS certification required.

Strong communication, clinical, and observational skills.

Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$34.55 - $39.43/hour
