Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN assists in monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and supporting overall patient care to ensure safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.

Assist RNs and physicians with patient care procedures.

Provide basic patient care, including wound care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.

Educate patients and families on basic care, medications, and health maintenance.

Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status and concerns.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a healthcare team.

Physical ability to provide direct patient care, including lifting and assisting patients.
Pay Rate
$18.67 - $23.54/hour
