Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or healthcare provider. The LPN will support clinical operations by delivering direct patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care.
• Assist in implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment.
• Educate patients and families on basic health maintenance and medication instructions.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills.
• Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$30.83 - $35.71/hour
