Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LNA supports patient comfort, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a supportive and respectful healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and patient weights
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Provide basic bedside care and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding and hydration support when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Support infection control and patient safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of practice
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to lift, turn, and reposition patients safely
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Pay Rate
$17.91 - $22.78/hour
