Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and ensure compliance with facility standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or Physician.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and report changes promptly.

Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).

Assist with ADLs, mobility support, and patient comfort measures.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and follow care plans.

Support infection control practices and ensure a safe environment.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.

Follow facility policies, state guidelines, and scope of practice standards.
Requirements
-
Active LPN License in the state of practice.

BLS/CPR certification.

Strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Pay Rate
$38.09 - $42.97/hour
