Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities. The LNA will assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and patient weights
• Assist patients with mobility, repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide bedside care and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Assist with feeding and hydration support when required
• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Support infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and collaborate effectively with care teams
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of practice (or ability to obtain prior to assignment)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent patient care experience preferred
• Prior travel healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist patients safely
• Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare facilities and patient populations
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Pay Rate
$18.40 - $23.28/hour
