Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions. The Physical Therapist will evaluate functional limitations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education to support optimal recovery and long-term wellness in an outpatient clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate
• Treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports-related, and neurological conditions
• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and clinical standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Excellent manual therapy and clinical assessment skills
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage a full patient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Inpatient PT (Spanish speaking preferred)
Pay Rate
$63.79 - $68.67/hour
