Registered Nurse (Unit Manager)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (Unit Manager) to lead and coordinate nursing operations within a clinical unit. The RN Unit Manager will oversee patient care delivery, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and foster a supportive and efficient work environment that promotes quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Oversee daily unit operations, including patient assignments, workflow, and resource management.

Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to clinical policies and standards.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of patient care management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
