Registered Nurse (Nurse Educator)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Registered Nurse Nurse Educator to develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff. The Nurse Educator will promote clinical excellence, support professional growth, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and conduct orientation, training, and continuing education programs.
• Assess learning needs and create educational materials and competency tools.
• Provide clinical instruction, mentoring, and staff support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and training outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve care practices.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in clinical education or staff development preferred.
• Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evidence-based practice.
Pay Rate
$86.96 - $91.83/hour
