Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to care.
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with procedures and examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous medical-surgical experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$67.89 - $72.76/hour
