Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients in a Medical/Surgical unit. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional health status.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to care.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with procedures.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$67.89 - $72.76/hour
