Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Telemetry)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit. The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ physical condition and cardiac rhythms.
• Interpret and respond to telemetry readings and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to care.
• Provide care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with procedures and examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Telemetry certification or experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous Med/Surg and Telemetry experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$67.89 - $72.76/hour
