Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical or inpatient healthcare setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans

• Monitor vital signs and promptly respond to changes in patient status

• Provide direct patient care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and care plans

• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

• Adhere to patient safety guidelines, infection control standards, and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Nursing degree required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

• Clinical nursing experience in an acute care or outpatient setting preferred

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered care

Pay Rate
$45.00 - $45.00/hour
