Bill Rate $94 before AV fee Call Bill Rate $10 before AV fee, minimum call back 2hrs
Desired Start Date: 3/8
Length of Assignment: 13 wks through end of May
Hours per Week: 40hrs per week
Shift and Time: M- F x 4 (7-5:30P)
Weekend Rotation: on call
On-call Requirements:

Floating Requirements: N/A
Experience Required: Epic, 2 yrs plus years, 1 travel contract under belt,Must be proficient experience in Circulate-Ophthalmology & Scrub and DaVinci Robot- general surgery.
Pay Rate
$68.29 - $73.17/hour
