Job Details

Start Date: within 2-3wks or asap
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): shift- 8hr days X 5days= 40hrs per week
On call bill rate $10 , 2hr Min call back

Experience Requirements: 2 yrs experience, travel experience, IR/PV/Vascular including PE’s,*at least one travel contract under their belt*

Experience Preferred: na

License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR,ACLS,Epic

Floating Requirements: na

Weekend Requirements: no weekends unless on call

On-Call Requirements: On call for- vascular call
On call: IR/vacular call one week every 3 weeks

Holiday Requirements: as needed

Will the client accept new graduates? NO

Orientation: Start- any day of the week

Pay Rate
$60.98 - $65.85/hour
