Physician Assistant (PA)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive medical care under the supervision of a physician in a clinical setting. The PA will conduct patient evaluations, diagnose and manage medical conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, assist with procedures, prescribe medications as authorized, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient examinations and obtain detailed medical histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with scope of practice
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and minor surgical interventions
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted Illinois Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA certification required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
