Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with mobility limitations, injuries, or functional impairments. The PT will evaluate patient needs, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve strength, mobility, and overall quality of life while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring physical function.

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.

Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document all care accurately.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and rehabilitation goals.

Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating treatment environment.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (active and unrestricted).

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$40.00 - $52.00/hour
