Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)
Skilled Nursing Facility
Seeking clinically compassionate Travel OT needed for a large, dynamic skilled
Requirements:
Active CA OT License (or In Process Under 60 Day Rule)
SNF Experience Preferred (New Graduates Welcome and Mentorship Available)
Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance
Duties:
Evaluate and Treat SNF Patients
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards
