Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN supports patients by performing basic nursing duties and ensuring comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Measure and record vital signs

Administer medications as prescribed

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

Perform wound care and dressing changes

Collect specimens for laboratory testing

Observe patients and report changes to the RN or physician

Maintain accurate patient records

Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies
Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of practice
-
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
-
BLS/CPR certification
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay Rate
$40.52 - $45.40/hour
