Start Date: within 2-3wks
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): shift- 10hr Day shift
Bill Rate $120, On call bill rate $10 before AV fee, 2hr Min call back
Experience Requirements: 2 yrs experience, travel experience, IR/PV/Vascular including PE’s, *at least one travel contract under their belt*
Experience Preferred: na
License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR,ACLS
Floating Requirements: na
Weekend Requirements: no weekends unless on call
On-Call Requirements: On call for- vascular call
On call: IR/vacular call 10-12 call days roughly per month, within 30 mins to the hospital
Holiday Requirements: as needed
Will the client accept new graduates? NO
Order Status: open
Orientation: Start- any day of the week
Creds Due: Thursday before start
Pay Rate
$89.43 - $94.31/hour
