Position Summary

We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across different healthcare settings. The SLP will provide individualized therapy, monitor patient progress, and adapt care to various clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide swallowing and feeding therapy when appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies.
• Recommend appropriate communication techniques or assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
• Adapt effectively to different facilities, patient populations, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the applicable state.
• ASHA certification or eligibility as required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare settings.
