Travel Physical Therapist

Position Summary

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and provide rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. The therapist will develop individualized treatment plans across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.

• Help patients improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and therapy guidelines.

• Adapt to different facilities and patient populations while traveling.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

• Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.

• Previous physical therapy experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams.

• Willingness to travel and adapt to different clinical settings.
