Position Summary

We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services across different healthcare settings. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional abilities, independence, and quality of life while adapting to varying clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
• Adapt effectively to different facilities, patient populations, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license as required by the assignment.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
