Job Details
Location: University of Kansas Hospital - 4000 Cambridge St, Kansas City, KS 66160 position is mostly remote, but candidate does need to reside in Kansas City metro to come onsite when needed which may be a few times per quarter)
Bill Rate: $33 before administrative fees
Class/Area: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Start Date: 10/5 or every Monday after
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): M-F 8a-5p
Experience Requirements: 1 year of HR experience. This role works very closely on vendor management and managing compliances of incoming contractors and vendors. Knowledge of Workday or another ATS, to check on candidates for eligibility and troubleshooting access. Good with MS-excel, Strong communication skills & attention to detail are a must.
Experience Preferred: Ideal candidate will be good with email communication and vendor management
License/ Certification Requirements: High school diploma or GED

Holiday Requirements: Office closed on all holidays observed by the Health System, unpaid days

Orientation: Ori on KU main campus every Mon & Tues
Creds Due: 1-week prior to start (Mon)
