Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress and improve overall communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.

  • Provide therapy to improve articulation, language skills, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing safety.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and home exercise programs.

  • Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Recommend adaptive communication tools or strategies as needed to support functional independence.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Clinical certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

  • Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or school settings preferred.

  • Strong communication, assessment, and patient-support skills.

  • Compassionate, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Rate
$60.00 - $65.00/hour
