•Years of experience: 2-year acute hospital case management experience required
Will be required to watch up to 2 units on the weekend and focus on discharge planning
•Weekend REQ: Every other weekend. Must be available for holiday coverage
•CA state license: Preferred
•Pending License accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
