Registered Nurse – Unit Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Unit Manager will lead clinical staff, coordinate patient care activities, and promote a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and workflow within the assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Coordinate and monitor patient care plans and outcomes.
• Manage staffing assignments and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Address clinical concerns and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
