Registered Nurse – Unit Manager
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Unit Manager, overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. The RN will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, support regulatory compliance, and promote a positive, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate daily unit operations to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Monitor patient conditions, review care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and documentation.
- Promote compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices.
- Serve as a resource for problem-solving and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to support quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (active and unrestricted).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a collaborative team environment.
Pay Rate
$59.52 - $64.40/hour
