Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN - TELE)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Telemetry to provide nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The nurse will assess patient conditions, monitor heart rhythms, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.

Monitor telemetry readings and promptly report abnormal findings.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.

Monitor changes in patient conditions and respond to emergencies.

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

Assist with diagnostic procedures and cardiac assessments.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery.

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Previous telemetry, cardiac, or acute-care nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and patient assessment.

BLS and ACLS certifications as required.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Pay Rate
$66.40 - $71.28/hour
