· SICU, Transplant ICU, Neuro ICU, or mixed-acuity ICU

· Manages vents, vasoactive drips, invasive monitoring

· Comfortable with rapid deterioration and escalation

· Cannot clearly describe acuity or critical decision-making

2. Transitioning from ICU to PACU

Strong indicators

· Mentions rapid assessment, anesthesia recovery, airway vigilance

· Understands short-term, high-risk monitoring vs long-term ICU management

· Prior PACU exposure is necessary

· Thinks PACU is “less acute”

· Limited understanding of anesthesia-related complications
