Standalone family med pediatrician is what this position is for but there is also Behavioral health, community health and neurology all in the same building

# beds/rooms 25 6 upstairs
Average # of providers in the clinic/day 15 FT providers 5 flex (PRN)
Average # of patients/day 120-150 per day. RN with a provider but will rotate between docs throughout the week.
Same day appointments and walk in care available
Required Certifications BLS
Common diagnosis / Types of patients Neonates-Geriatrics. Well baby exams, well kid visits, sports physicals, women's annual exams, chronic disease management, DM management. Mostly family med but some docs have subspecialties: sports med and OB
Experience or 'Must have' skills RN 1 year of clinic experience, Ok with 1st time travelers, Must have Peds experience
Highly prefer phlebotomy experience, there is lab on site if needed
Manager/Supervisor Team leads will be direct report
Manager on site
Job Duties Wounds, POC testing- walk in clinic, triage, assist with procedures, vasectomy, circumcisions, leaps, contraception in and out, skin excisions, immunizations on all ages, rooming, EKGs, vitals, med administration, in-basket, triage, etc

Shifts & Scheduling 730a-5p with 30 min lunch; 4 days a week
Weekend Requirement Voluntary potential option to pick up a Saturday at the walk in clinic (9a-3p) in Ketchum 12miles/25 min north
Holiday Requirement No- office is closed
Is there a call or standby requirement? No
Floating Requirements Possibly to Neurology clinic and behavioral health but depends on the candidate and would not be required
Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs any color, hair pulled back
How many shifts for orientation? 1 week
Do you use Medical Assistants or CNA's? Yes LPN and Medical Assistants
Additional Notes Fast paced job; outdoors area- great activities in the valley. Helpful staff, very welcoming, they jump right in and are good about helping others
Pay Rate
$49.19 - $54.07/hour
