RN – Quality Management and Accreditation
We are seeking a skilled RN – Quality Management and Accreditation to support clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation initiatives across healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct clinical audits and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Support accreditation surveys, regulatory reviews, and readiness activities.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement corrective and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate quality reports, audit records, and accreditation documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, compliance, or clinical nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and regulatory standards preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Pay Rate
$79,000.00 - $112,000.00/year
