Registered Nurse (RN) – Quality and Accreditation
We are seeking a skilled RN – Quality and Accreditation to support healthcare quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and accreditation readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate quality reports, documentation, and compliance records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Previous experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, compliance, or clinical nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and healthcare regulatory standards preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
