Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care to provide comprehensive nursing care, patient education, and clinical support in an outpatient primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients, obtain health histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Provide nursing care, treatments, and medications as ordered.
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures.
- Educate patients on medications, preventive care, and disease management.
- Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous primary care or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
