Registered Nurse (RN) – Post-Acute / Long-Term Care (LTC)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a post-acute and long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess residents and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current and active RN license as required by the state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$55.13 - $60.01/hour
