RN – PICU
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents while supporting safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill pediatric patients and provide individualized nursing care.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and other critical parameters.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Assist with procedures and respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition.
Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment and recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS and PALS certifications; ACLS preferred.
Previous PICU, pediatric ICU, pediatric, or critical-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$78.17 - $83.05/hour
