RN – Operating Room Circulator
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR Circulator) to provide safe, comprehensive nursing care and coordinate surgical activities before, during, and after procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prepare patients for surgery and verify required information.
- Coordinate the surgical team and maintain a safe, efficient operating room environment.
- Monitor patient condition and provide appropriate nursing interventions during procedures.
- Maintain aseptic technique and ensure compliance with infection-control standards.
- Perform accurate surgical counts with the scrub technologist.
- Document patient care and surgical activities accurately.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred/required based on role.
- Previous Operating Room/Circulator experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing, sterile technique, and patient safety.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
