Position Summary

We are seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns. The RN will monitor infants, administer treatments, assist with procedures, and work closely with physicians and families.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
Manage ventilators, monitors, and other neonatal equipment.
Assist with procedures and emergency interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate and support parents and families.
Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with neonatologists and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
NICU experience required or preferred.
Strong knowledge of neonatal and critical care nursing.
BLS and NRP certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
Ability to care for high-acuity and medically complex newborns.
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate
$78.17 - $83.05/hour
