RN – Med/Surg Clinical Resource
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Clinical Resource to provide expert nursing support, clinical guidance, and high-quality patient care within a medical-surgical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients based on individual needs.
- Serve as a clinical resource and support staff nurses with patient-care decisions.
- Assess patients, monitor changes, and intervene appropriately.
- Assist with complex procedures, clinical situations, and patient-care coordination.
- Educate and mentor nursing staff on clinical practices and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote compliance with nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous Med/Surg nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
