RN – Med/Surg (Adult) – Travel RN
We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor adult patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.
- Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital environments and workflows.
Pay Rate
$70,000.00 - $104,000.00/year
