Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to women and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
- Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery.
- Monitor fetal heart rate and recognize changes requiring intervention.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assist physicians and the healthcare team during deliveries and procedures.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS and NRP certification preferred/required based on facility needs.
- Previous Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and emergency-response skills.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
