Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The RN will monitor critical conditions, administer medications and treatments, respond quickly to changes in patient status, and collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:

Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and direct care for critically ill patients.

Administer medications, ventilator support, infusions, and other complex treatments.

Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams on care plans.

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.

Educate patients and families on care needs and clinical processes.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year ICU or critical care experience preferred.

BLS and ACLS required.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and rapid decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Pay Rate
$73.46 - $78.34/hour
