Position Summary
We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide rapid, safe, and compassionate care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Respond quickly to emergencies and assist with resuscitation procedures.
Perform nursing procedures and support diagnostic testing.
Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate and support patients and families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency care protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Current, active RN license.
BLS certification.
Previous ER/Emergency Department experience preferred.
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS and PALS certification preferred/required based on assignment.
Experience with trauma and high-acuity patients.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
Pay Rate
$70.33 - $75.20/hour
