Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The CVICU RN will monitor complex patient conditions, administer advanced treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care treatments.
• Operate and monitor advanced life support equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitoring devices.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
• Previous CVICU, ICU, or critical care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$78.17 - $83.05/hour
