Registered Nurse (RN) – Community Wellness
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide preventive, health-focused nursing care and wellness services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess community members and identify health and wellness needs.
- Provide health screenings, education, and preventive care services.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as appropriate.
- Monitor health conditions and provide follow-up care and guidance.
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Community health, public health, outpatient, or wellness experience preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient-education skills.
Pay Rate
$86,000.00 - $117,000.00/year
