RN Clinical Educator Manager
We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator Manager to lead nursing education programs, support staff development, and promote high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee nursing education, orientation, and competency programs.
- Assess staff educational needs and provide clinical training and continuing education.
- Coordinate onboarding and competency validation for nursing staff.
- Monitor clinical practices and promote compliance with nursing standards and policies.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain educational records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous nursing education, clinical leadership, or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, teaching, and organizational skills
Pay Rate
$104,000.00 - $145,000.00/year
