Respiratory Therapist Technician
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist Technician to support respiratory care services and assist respiratory therapists in providing safe and effective care to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist respiratory therapists with respiratory treatments and patient care.
Set up and maintain oxygen delivery systems, nebulizers, and respiratory equipment.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and respiratory status as directed.
Clean, disinfect, and prepare respiratory equipment according to established standards.
Assist with transporting and positioning patients for respiratory procedures.
Maintain accurate records and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a respiratory care or related program preferred.
Respiratory care technician certification or credentialing as required by the state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous respiratory care or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$61.23 - $66.11/hour
