Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Position Summary

We are seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and clinical monitoring. The RN will assess patients, monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer treatments, and respond to changes in condition.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients’ physical and clinical conditions.
Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and oxygenation.
Recognize and respond promptly to abnormal cardiac rhythms and changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
Provide care for patients with cardiac and other complex medical conditions.
Perform wound care and other nursing procedures as required.
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily care needs.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and telemetry care standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Previous telemetry, cardiac, medical-surgical, or acute care experience preferred.
Strong cardiac monitoring, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or required based on role requirements.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$56.22 - $61.10/hour
